Dairy Farmer, Scarr Hill Farm
Richard Wheelwright is a dairy farmer from Scarr Hill Farm in West Yorkshire and the creator of the Yorkshire Farming YouTube channel, where he shares daily life with his 120-cow robotic milking herd. Facing electricity bills of £3–4k per month, Richard installed a 200 kW solar array with SolaX Aleio inverters and battery storage, and now shares his honest experience with other farmers considering solar and storage.
