A full clean of the exhibition hall will take place on Tuesday evening. Please note cleaners will not clean any tables or exhibits on any of the stands and will only vacuum the floor and remove waste that is clearly marked. Should you require additional cleaning please book this through NAEC Exhibition Services EXHIBITION SERVICES or contact the Organisers Office on site.
The Organiser employs contractors to carry out cleaning tasks immediately prior to the first day of the Show and on Show days to ensure that public toilets are cleaned regularly, and that rubbish left by visitors is removed from the Showground. During the break-down period Exhibitors are required to remove their own rubbish from their stand area and to dispose of it, at their own expense, away from the venue.
The Organiser has the right to charge an Exhibitor for the disposal of any rubbish remaining on their stand area after midnight on Thursday 6th March 2025 following the closure of the Show.
