Deliveries:

Deliveries should not arrive at the show ground before Tuesday 4th March. Any deliveries that arrive before then cannot be guaranteed to get to your stand. Please ensure someone is on your stand to accept deliveries.

Collections:

Please ensure that all items are taken with you when you leave, everything has to be taken off-site by 21:00 on Thursday 6th March 2025. Any items not collected by this time will be deemed as waste and disposed of, and the cost of disposal charged back to you. Please inform the organiser's office of any items left for collection and ensure these are clearly labelled with the delivery name and address, the name, company and stand number of the sender, and also the name and telephone number of the courier company instructed to collect.
